Sarah Lucille Titsworth, age 79 years and 1 day, died Monday, March 31, 1975, at Sparks Regional Medical in Fort Smith, Sebastian County, Arkansas. She was a homemaker and member of First Assembly of God Church in Ozark, Arkansas. She was born to Silas and Bell (Merfield) Mott in Pattonsburg, Missouri.

Sarah Lucille Titsworth was survived by her husband, Ralph Titsworth; her children, Mrs. Betty Porter of Fort Smith and Mrs. Verna Cloninger of Ozark; six grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.

Funeral service was held 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 2, 1975, at First Assembly of God Church in Ozark, Arkansas, with Reverend William B. Clark and Reverend Frank Turner officiating. Songs at the service were; "Sheltered in the Arms of God," "Because He Lives" and "Safe in the Arms of Jesus" sung by family members, Linda Thrasher, Linda Gilbreth and Beth Clary.

Pall bearers were; Jackie Thrasher, James Knox, Jesse Belt, Floyd Clary, Larry Knox, George and Gary Lem and Jack Sisk.

Honorary Pall Bearers were; Leo Neely, Winferd Smith, Troy Roberson, Rufus Sassoman, Walker Austin, Gary Hood, Jim Haynes, Foy Brown and Don Marshall.

Interment was at Highland Cemetery in Ozark, Arkansas.

Cause of death was (a) Arteriosclerotic Heart Disease with Acute Myocardial Infarction (b) Arteriosclerotic Heart Disease (Part II) Acute Congestive Heart Failure.
