Freja Margareta Anderson
Mrs. Freja Margareta Anderson was born in Ulvaberg, Vasterbotten, Sweden on December 11, 1869. She was married to Mr. A. E. Anderson in 1890*. Came to America in 1904. Became a member of the Sion Lutheran church, Bronson, Minn., on Feb. 3, 1929. She passed away after a brief illness at Hallock hospital at the age of 68 years, 4 months and 30 days.
She leaves to mourn her husband, Mr. A. E. Anderson, 8 children, Victor in Sweden, Sigfred, Fritjof, Elof, and Olof of Bronson; Mrs. Vernon Erickson of Minneapolis, and Mrs. Elmer Holmstrom of Strandquist. One child died in Feb., 1910, namely Agnes. Ten grandchildren, three brothers and two sisters in Sweden.
Funeral services were held on Saturday, May 14, with Pastor Karl W. Nelson officiating. Interment was made in the Saron cemetery.
