Mrs. Frances C. Davey, widow of William Davey, died at her late home 133 Roberts Avenue, Syracuse, yesterday morning. She had been in failing health for the past year. She was 81 years old. She is survived by one son, Shirley A. Davey and one daughter, Mrs. George V. Whittmore, Rochester. Funeral services will take place at the house Wednesday Afternoon at 2 o'clock.
