Thomas Martin Lasiter was born March 13, 1859 in Alba, Missouri. Louisa Mae Scott was born July 1, 1868 in Jenkins, Missouri. They met in Aurora, Missouri and were and married there March 29th, 1931.

They had two sons, Arlow and Henry, and four daughters, Pearl, Carrie, Fannie and Dora.

They moved to the Tri-City area shortly after the children were born. They became farmers, living on a farm east of Alba. They lived in the area until Thomas's death, August 05, 1934.

Louisa later moved to Webb City, Missouri, where she lived until her death, January 18, 1957.
