"Peter Cazeaux and Miss Josephine Lepre were married this morning at the residence of Rev. Father Alphonse. The groom is a valued employee of the Charm saloon and his bride a charming young lady of Back Bay."

"PETER CAZEAUX DIES"

"Peter Cazeaux, 52, lifelong resident of Biloxi, died at the home, 241 Couevas street, at 3:15 aa; three brothers, John.m. Sunday following an illness since January. The funeral was held at 4 p.m. today from the old Cazeaux home at 911 West Howard avenue, where he was born. Services were under the auspices of the Church of the Nativity. Mr. Cazeaux was a carpenter for many years, but recently was in the employ of the Couch Grocery. He had been in the Marine Hospital in New Orleans from Easter until the middle of May. He was well known to many Biloxians and formerly was active in various fraternal and civic organizations, but recently had taken little part in these activities. He is survived by his wife Lavinia Cannette Cazeaux; a daughter, Ura; three brothers, John, Biloxi, and Lewis and Charles, New Orleans; two sisters, Mrs. Wm. Allen and Mrs. Chas. Rose, Biloxi, and his step-mother, Mrs. B. Cazeaux."

Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Records, Book 21, pg 259: Peter was 52 when he died. He was the son of Bartholomew Cazeaux and Barbara Hilderbrand. At the time of his death he was married to his second wife, Lavinia Cannette.
