Gillie "Mae" Gartman, 79, Senoia, died June 21, 2000. She was born April 27, 1921 in Spring Garden, Ala. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Griggs Gartman.
Services were at the McConnell Funeral Home chapel, Athens, Ala. with the Rev. James Adams officiating. Interment was at the Athens City Cemetery, Ala.
Survivors include daughters Sharon and Thomas Wilson, Senoia, Paula and Ronnie Ray, Stockbridge, and Patricia and Chuck Hardt, Madison, Ala; a brother, Don Wood, Riverdale; sisters Frances Camp, Brooks, and Nell Alls, Riverdale, Ga.
There are seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
