Mrs. Clara Belle Hisey, 56, wife of Charles A. Hisey, a native of Shenandoah County, who had lived in Washington, D.C. for the last 20 years died at 1:30 o"clock yesterday afternoon in Sihley Hospital in that city following a year'sillness. Her home was 802 Taylor Street, N.E. Washington, D.C.
Born on January 24, 1893, at Lantz Mills, the deceased was a daughter of the late Zebadee and Mary Jane Nester Fadeley.She was a member of the Daughters of America Lodge in Washington, D.C. and retained her membership in the Woodstock Methodist Church.
Besides her husband she is survived by one son, Ralph Lee Hisey, Washington, D.C.; two sisters, Mrs Walter Hollar, Woodstock; Mrs. Bertie Coffelt, Edinburg; and three brothers. William Fadeley, Woodstock;Delbert Fadeley, Lantz Mills; and Frank Fadeley, Edinburg. The body arrived at the Dellinger Funeral Home in Woodstock, from which funeral services will be conducted Sunday afternoon at 3:30 o'clock by the Rev. D.N.Calvert, pastor of the Methodist Church. Burial will be in Massanutten Cemetery. Nephews of the deceased will serve as pallbearers.
