He married first Louard Ethel Milstead (born Nov. 15, 1909 and died Feb. 7, 1960) on September 01, 1928 in Kentucky.
He married his second wife
Bernice Lou Morgan Galusha born 1900 in Dover, Stewart County, Tennessee and died 1982 in St. Helena, Napa County, California on July 8, 1962 in Kentucky.
He was also the brother Otho, Adel, Alice, Eurie, Wallace, Tuck, Mary Edna, J.P. and Melvin

Allen Oliver
Funeral services for Allen Oliver, of St. Helena, California, were held Thursday, October 22, at Morrisons Funeral Home with burial in a cemetery in St. Helena.
Mr. Oliver, age 84, died suddenly Tuesday, October 20, while en-route to the hospital.
He was a faithful member of the First Baptist Church of St. Helena. Mr. Oliver, a former Princeton resident, was a long-time employee of the Princeton Hosiery Mills Dye Department.
Survivors include his wife, Ruth Oliver; step-mother, Mrs. Martha Oliver of St. Helena; two sons, Gene E. Oliver, of Lower Lake, Calif., and J. C. Oliver, of Fayette, N.C. ; one daughter Nellie Saum, of Daleville, Ala.; two brothers, Eurie Oliver and Wallace Byard, both of Princeton; one sister Adele Duckworth, of Little Rock, Ark.; 13 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren; one sister in law, and a number of nieces, nephews and cousins.
Mr. Oliver was preceded in death by a son, David Oliver.
