Daniel E. Beaver, 88, of the 1200 block of Old Buckroe Road, died Jan. 17, 1997, at Riverside Regional Medical Center.
Mr. Beaver was born in Luray, the son of the late John and Elizabeth Beaver. He was a member of the Plumbers and Steam Fitters Local 540, Newport News, and was a Baptist.
He is survived by his wife, Gladys Marsh Beaver of the home; and one daughter, Diana Beaver Young of San Francisco, Calif.
A memorial service will be conducted on Thursday, Jan. 23, at 2 p.m. at Buckroe Baptist Church, Mallory Street, with the Rev. Earwood officiating.
