Son of Fred A. and Mary (Brown) Hopkins (Hoepken); On March 25, 1940, Bill married Minnie Elizabeth Bailey (July 28, 1918-Feb. 19, 1971) and they had three daughters: Alma Louise, Thelma May, and Bonnie Elizabeth; He was preceded in death by his wife, Minnie; his parents; and four brothers, Carl, Paul, Fred and Albert Hopkins. Survivors include his three daughters, Alma Wilson of Tulsa, OK, and Thelma Musick and Bonnie Taylor of Oklahoma City, OK; four grandsons, Johnny, David and Danny Taylor of Oklahoma City, OK, Robert Wilson of Tulsa, OK; two granddaughters, Cathy Cody of Tulsa, OK and Brenda Whitaker; one brother,Jess Hopkins, two sisters, Juanita Evans of Warwick, OK and Louise Maness of Beaver, OK. Cause of death: Injuries sustained in a car wreck on Aug. 10, 1988.
