DIED
COLE—In this city, April 22, Lorenzo D. Cole, loving father of Mrs. William Vance of Eureka, Mrs. Sarah Hollingsworth of New Jersey, and James Cole of Michigan; a native of Holland, aged eighty-four years, ten months and ten days. Friends and acquaintances are respectfully invited to attend the funeral Monday, April 24, at 10 o'clock, from his late residence, 1816 Second Street, under the auspices of the G.A.R. Interment Myrtle Grove Cemetery.

BURIED BY HIS COMRADES
Colonel Whipple Post, G. A. R., buried a comrade, Lorenzo D. Cole, yesterday morning. The ceremonies were conducted by Rev. I. R. Lovejoy and the body was laid away in Myrtle Grove cemetery. Members of the G. A. R. acted as pall bearers.
