On Apr 18, 1863 court martialed for violation of Art, 21 found guilty and sentenced to five months hard labor with ball and chain and forfeit seven months pay. On Apr 28, 1864 clothing receipt roll. On Dec 1, 1864 released from confinement, S.O. #2185/22. On Jan 1, 1865 final roll, absent returned since muster. On Apr 26, 1865 paroled in richmond, VA. CSA
