CANADAY--Spencer Franklin Canaday, 81, of St. George,Ga., died Friday at his home. Mr. Canaday was a native and lifelong resident of Charlton County. He was a veteran of World War I and a member of the Oak Grove Primitive Baptist Church.
Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Sara Cooler of Tampa; one son, Roland Canaday of St. George, a brother, Roland Canaday of Moniac, Ga., and seven grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday from Oak Grove Primitive Baptist Church near Macclenny, with Elder O.M. Yarborough officiating. Interment will be in North Prong Cemetery. Arrangements by Adkins Morticians of Folkston, Ga.
