Mr. Gann died Friday afternoon at the Veteran's Administration hospital in Dallas. He was born July 14, 1913 in Justin and was married to Mieko Kyosaki, March 11, 1946 in Tokyo, Japan.
He was a veteran of World War II and attended North Texas State University, a member of Ponder Methodist Church and the Masonic Lodge. Mr. Gann was a farmer and served with Civil Service in Japan until 1958.
He is survived by his wife; one son, George Pat Gann of Justin; three daughters, Mrs. Paul McCoy of San Antonio, Mrs. Bill Marquis of Stony and Amy Gann of Justin; five brothers, Houston Gann of Gatesville, Berk Gann of Denton, George Gann of Justin, Peddy Gann of Irving and Newton Gann of Seattle, Washington.
He will be buried in Jackson Cemetery in Krum.
