Though the date and place of birth says "St. Matthews, Calhoun County"; Calhoun was not created until around 1908. At the time Henry was born, he was born in Orangeburgh County near a place called Belleville. Belleville was a plantation in the northern part of the county (now Calhoun) near Fort Motte.
