Alpha E. Chew, 88, of Orlando, Fla., formerly of Geneva, died Wednesday morning at Brookwood Hospital, Orlando. Her husband, Charles W., died in 1954.

Surviving are three daughters, one brother, one sister and 13 grandchildren.

Services at 10 am Monday at First United Methodist Church, with calling there one hour before services. Calling from 7 to 9 pm Saturday and 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 pm Sunday at Downing Funeral Home, with Order of Eastern Star Services at 8 pm Sunday.
