Mary Jo Asch, 40 of 25 Tenth Street, Clay City Ky, died June 30, 2010 at Clark Regional Medical
Center, Winchester. Born in Maysville. she was the daughter of Brenda Patrick, and the late Billy
Joe Asch. Mary Jo was a former civilian employee of Scott Air Force Base and former factory
employee of Continental Metal Specialty. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by
her parternal grandparents, John and Mary Asch, her maternal granparents, Frank and Ruby Patrick,
her brothers, Robert Darrell Patrick, and Johnny Joe Asch, her uncle Ralph Manis, her aunts, Helena
Dragoo, Linda Wells, and Shirley Scott, and her cousin Tommy Manis. Surviving relative are her
mother, Brenda Patrick, her significant other, Jeffrey Todd Thacker, and her sister Ruby Allen, all of
Clay City, two brothers, Ronald Anthony ( Ladonna) Patrick of Knoxville, TN and Gary Lee ( Vicky)
Asch of Stanton, Ky., and many other family members. Funeral services were officiated by Rev. David
Bowden and were held at 2 p.m. on Monday July 5, 2010 at Hearne Funeral Home Chapel, 125 West
College Avenue, Stanton, Ky. Burial was in the Patrick Cemetery, Clay City, Ky, with Ronald Anthony
Patrick, Ron Allen, Gary Lee Asch, Tommy Baber, Junior rogers, Neal Hamilton, Anthony Hawkins, and
Eric Rogers serving as her active pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers are Dewayne Scott, Diane Muzyckuk,
Gabby Amburgey, David Patrick, Ralph Wells, Gary Lee Asch Jr., Rhonda and Dewayne Stewart, Ashley
and Steve Haddix. Arrangements by Hearne Funeral Home, Inc.
