Beulah Stapleton Allen
Beulah Stapleton Allen, 91, of Langley, died Sunday, December 24, 2000, at Highlands Regional Medical Center in Prestonsburg.
Born December 29, 1908, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Mollie Conley Stapleton. She was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard Allen.
She is survived by one son, Joe Edward Allen of Langley; two daughters, Virginia Spears and Betty Frasure, both of Langley; one brother, Earnest Stapleton of Haysi, Virginia; two sisters, Irene Hall of Robinson and Lorene Trimble of John's Creek; 11 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
Funeral services were Wednesday, December 27, at the Hall Funeral Home Chapel in Martin with Bob Varney officiating. Burial followed in the Leonard Allen Cemetery at Langley.
Pallbearers were Gene Frasure, Keith Frasure, Rodney Hicks, Brandon Hicks, Jr. Spears, Jonathan Spears, Barry Click, Doug Frasure, Robert Robinson, Van Ramey, Joey Spears and Howard Spears.
