Marlin Wesley Tuttle, age 72, of DeSoto, KS, died Tuesday, February 4, 1997 at Olathe Medical Center, Olathe, KS. He was born January 30, 1925 in Mountain View, AR to Charles Martin and Ollie Adeline Russ Tuttle. He was a retired truck driver of 26 years and attended the First Southern Baptist Church in Lenexa, KS. He was a member of Teamsters Local 41, Kansas City, MO.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a son, Jerry Tuttle.

He is survived by his wife, Hilda M. Deeds Tuttle of the home; a son, Jackie Tuttle of DeSoto, KS; seven daughters, Elaua Tuttle of DeSoto, KS, Debra Wilburn, DeSoto, KS, Melda Tuttle, DeSoto, KS, Vickey Tuttle, Eudora, KS, Cynthia Born, Eudora, KS, Marilyn Tuttle, DeSoto, KS, Paula Jones, Ottawa, KS; a sister, Ellen Leonard, Kansas City, MO and seven grandchildren. Funeral Service was February 6 at Bruce Funeral Home, Gardner, KS.

Burial at Graves Cemetery, Delaware, AR.
