He is survived by his wife, Joanie Winn Allen of Paducah, KY; daughter, Kate Allen of Paducah, KY; sister, Joanna Stewart of Paducah, KY; brother, Joe Swatzell of Paducah, KY; one uncle and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, William Earl Allen and Juanita Smith Allen Swatzell. Funeral services will be 3:00 p.m. Monday at the Milner and Orr Funeral Home of Paducah.
