Frank Elmer Aubrey son of Alfred E. (Fred) and Alice B. was born at the family home, 272 Broadway, Fort Edward in 1892 the 5th of six children. Along with two of his brothers he worked for the Hudson Valley Railway as a conductor. He remained in the family home until being drafted into the Navy in 1916 at the age of 24 to serve as a Seaman in WW1. In 1918 he married Beatrice Cole in New York City. They resided there living with the Cole family until 1940. Moving back to Fort Edward they lived at 11 Griffin Ave. There is no record of any children found. Siblings were as follows.
