Henry COGGAN was of Taunton, Somersetshire, England when he married Joan BORIDGE there 30d 11m 1590 at Saint Mary Magdalene Church where he was later buried on 1d 12m 1612. They were the parents of eleven children of whom the following emmigrated to Massachusetts: John COGGAN to Boston, Judith (COGGAN) KING-RICKARD to Plymouth, and Frances (COGGAN) WHITCOMB to Lancaster. Another child Mary (COGGAN) GLASS died in England but had children who also emmigrated to Massachusetts.
