Frank was born in Boons Camp, Kentucky, the son of Elmer & Ruby Austin. He lived in Northlake, Addison, and St. Charles all his adult life. He was married to Carol Ann Lackey Austin. They had four children, Cheryl Austin Keogh, Harold Austin (deceased in 1984), Janice Lackey Hughes, and Lisa Austin. Frank was the consumate family man. He loved his wife, children, but especially his grandchildren. Besides his family, Frank was an absolute workaholic, where he was in the printing profession. Supervision never had to stand over Frank as he always gave more than was expected. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
