Obituary for Frank Adams - Frank Adams died Friday, Feb. 15, 2002, in King's Daughters Medical Center. Mr. Adams was born May 10, 1920, in Johnson County, KY, a son of the late Paris and Dora Ward Adams. He was a retired railroad conductor with C&O Railroad, where he worked 36 years. He was a member of the UTU Local 0630, Civilian Conservation Corp, United Mine Workers and Shawnee Church of God in Flatwoods. He was preceded in death by his wife, Juanita Ratcliff Adams in 1999. Surviving are two sons, Thomas F. Adams and Paul David Adams, both of Flatwoods; a daughter, Bonnie Sue Parker of Flatwoods; a brother, Walter Adams of Louisa, KY; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. A graveside service will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Bellefonte Memorial Gardens by James A. Stamper.
