Dennis E. Knight, 67, of Hillsdale, passed away Thursday, October 27, 2011, at his home. He was born January 13, 1944 in Hillsdale to Theodore & Virginia (Brott) Knight.
Dennis was a tool & die maker, employed at Allied Products in Hillsdale and Fisher Body in Kalamazoo. He was a graduate of Hillsdale High School, class of 1962 and he was a resident of the Hillsdale area he majority of his life.
Surviving are two sons, Eric (Sherry) Knight and Brian Knight; 6 grandchildren, Stephen, Amber, Autumn, Audray, Joshua and Ashley; 4 sisters, Carol (Sheldon) Culbert of Osseo, Barbara (Art) Smith of Colorado, Maribel Knight of Osseo and Clara (Gary) Herndon of Warren.
Graveside memorial services for Dennis Knight will be Thursday, November 3, 2011, at 11:00 a.m., at the Maple Grove Cemetery in Jefferson Twp. The family will receive friends for visitation Wednesday from 6-8 p.m., at the VanHorn-Eagle Funeral Home in Hillsdale.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the charity of the donor's choice.
