She formerly worked as a salesperson for Dillards and Trippetts. She was affiliated with the First Christian Church of Tulsa. She enjoyed reading, movies, music, gardening and traveling.
Preceded In Death By Husband Roland Nelson; Parents George Harris and Marjorie (Lowe) McDonald; and Brother G. H. McDonald, Jr.
Survived by three sons; daughter; and four grandchildren.
Her funeral services have been entrusted to the care of the
Mark Griffith Memorial Funeral Home - Westwood Chapel in Tulsa and will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday at the Memorial Park Cemetery Chapel in Tulsa with Interment to follow in the Memorial Park Cemetery.
