Her birth name was Anna, not Annie, Probably born Sullivan Co TN. (notice "other" memorial has inaccurate info) ONLY one reference to her using Annie, which was in 1900, most likely given to the census taker by one her daughter Loretta who was living at home while tenderly caring for her. Note "Annie" is on her tombstone.

Washington Mcpeak had an affair with Minerva Yorkand their child was Adeline Mcpeak (York) who married Isaac Newton Pedigo

He and a few others were served warrants and taken to court in Monroe Co KY after Andrew Eakle was murdered. His daughter Loretta testified in court and Washington was cleared.

Washington Mcpeak had an affair with Minerva Yorkand their child was Adeline Mcpeak (York) who married Isaac Newton Pedigo

He and a few others were served warrants and taken to court in Monroe Co KY after Andrew Eakle was murdered. His daughter Loretta testified in court and Washington was cleared.
