Louis D. Rossi of Levittown passed away on Nov. 8, 2011, surrounded by his loving family. He was 94.

Born and raised in Port Norris, N.J., he was a resident of Philadelphia for many years before settling in the Bristol-Levittown area.

Mr. Rossi was a member of St. Michael the Archangel Church and the Knights of Columbus St. Joseph the Worker Council.

He was a loving and caring husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather.

Mr. Rossi was preceded in death by his devoted wife, Louise (Scancella); and his son-in-law, John Pionzio.

He will be greatly missed by his daughter, Concetta 'Connie' Rossi-Pionzio of Holland and her children, Nadine Esposito and John Pionzio; his son, Dr. James Rossi of Yardley and daughter-in-law Norma Rossi of Dublin, Pa., and their children, Linda Russo and her husband, Bill, James Rossi Jr. and his wife, Laura, and Christopher Rossi and his wife, Makiko, and Bernadette Moran of Langhorne and their son, Jonathon Rossi.

He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren; a brother, Joseph of Beach Haven, N.J.; a sister, Mary of Philadelphia; and several nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to call on Monday at 9 a.m. at St. Michael the Archangel Church, 66 Levittown Parkway. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10 a.m. in the church. Interment will follow in Resurrection Cemetery. Galzerano funeral Home, Bristol.
