Services for Austin Christian, 85, of R. R. 1, Laura, will be conducted at the Roy Miller Funeral Home, West Milton, at 2 p.m. Thursday. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, West Milton.

Mr. Christian died Monday evening at a rest home in Covington after a long illness. He was a retired farmer and lived two miles southeast of Laura. He was a member of the Laura Congregational Christian Church.

Surviving are a son, Elb of Covington; a daughter, Mrs. Faye Olinger of Potsdam; and a sister, Mrs. Minnie Kinsey of West Milton.

Friends may call at the funeral home, 6-9 p.m. today.
