Mrs. Pitcher was predeceased by her husband, the Honorable Paul T. Pitcher in 1968 and granddaughter, Alsie L. Anastasia Kelley in 1990. Survivors are her son, J. William Pitcher and daughter-in-law Susan J. Pitcher of Annapolis; daughter, Alsie L. Kelley of Columbia; granddaughter, Julia P. Worcester of Baltimore and grandson, Paul T. Pitcher II of Annapolis.
A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, January 13, 11 AM at Marzullo Funeral Chapel, 6009 Harford Road, Baltimore, MD. Internment will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Shriners Hospital, c/o Boumi Temple, 5050 King Ave, Baltimore, MD 21237. Arrangements entrusted to Maryland Cremation Services.
