On June 21,1919 Harry married Bernice Wadleigh of New Hampshire in Appanoug, R.I. They had 2 daughters; Doris & Virginia and 3 sons; Joseph, Lawrence & Gene. Harry adopted a son Ernest (Jack Reynolds) from his wife.
Harry worked as a salesman most of his life, never retiring. He resided in Branford, Conn. with his wife & worked at Union Station R.R. in New Haven, Conn. assisting travelers until the week preceding his death at the age of 82.
He left numerous grandchildren & great-grandchildren. He never left for work before he could get a great squeezing hug from a grandchild. My grandfather Harry would be pleased his great love of books and history has been passed on to me through him. I only wish I could have spoken to him more concerning his heritage and learned much more of his life.
