Richard L. Anderson

Longtime area resident and salesman for Clary Chevrolet, Richard L. Anderson, 51, of 2375 E. Lynnwood Drive, Longview, died Jan. 29, 1981 [Thursday], in a local hospital. He was born Nov. 3, 1929, in Woodland.

Anderson, a resident here since 1945, worked at Safeway 15 years before joining Clary Chevrolet.

He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church and Longview Country Club.

Anderson is survived by his wife, three daughters, two sons, three brothers, two grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. Monday [Feb 2, 1981] in Trinity Lutheran Church with Pastor Earl Anderson officiating. Private interment at Longview Memorial Park will precede the services.

Those who wish to express sympathy may contribute to the Trinity Lutheran Church Fund. Steele Funeral Home is in charge.
