Carlie Fay Graves, 72, of Uncle John Road Tompkinsville, Ky, passed away Friday, April 27th, at his residence.

Carlie was born in Tompkinsville, Ky on June 10, 1939, a son of the late Hattie Georgia (Walker) and Edgar Graves. On Nov. 11th, 1961, in Celina, Tn, he married Olene (Scott) Graves who survives him. He was employed as a Custodian at Kentucky Apparel and was a member of Pleasant Hill Church of Christ.

Carlie is survived by two daughters, Regina Hammer, of Glasgow, Ky; and Angela Poland, of Tompkinsville, Ky; three sisters, Alma Dane Walker and Modell Kerr, both of Tompkinsville, Ky; and Inez Bryant, of Gamaliel, Ky; and one brother, Carson D. Graves, of Tompkinsville, Ky; He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Edgar and Hattie Graves; one brother, Carlos Graves; and two sisters, Shirley Ann Graves and Lizzie Lerene Graves.

Visitation will be Sunday, April 29th, from 6:30 PM - 9:00 PM and Monday from 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM at the Yokley Trible Funeral Home in Tompkinsville, Ky. Funeral Service will be at the Yokley Trible Funeral Home at 2:00 PM on Monday, April 30th, with Bro. Jason Page officiating. Burial will be in the Monroe County Memorial Lawn Cemetery in Tompkinsville, Ky.
