Obituary Text:
The name of Stanley Kabzinski, carried in today's casualty list as having died of wounds received in action was first carried in The Tribune on July 11.
Kabzinski Killed June 25.
The father of the boy, Joseph Kabzinski, lives at 809 South Chestnut street.
Has was notified on July 10, by a telegram from; Adjt.-Gen. Mc Cain of the death of his son, but received another notice last night, the wording of both telegrams being identical, explaining that Stanley was killed in action on June 25.
Young Kabzinski was only 17 years old when he enlisted in May, 1917, in an infantry division. After a short time he was transferred to F battery, 12th field artillery, stationed then at Fort Meyer, Va.
From this station he was sent with his battery to France.
The boy's mother has been dead 10 years.
A brother, John and a sister, Frances, 12 years old, are the only ones in the family besides the father.
No explanation for the repetition of the name in the casualty list can be found unless it is carried twice because of an error In the address given in the July 10 list.
