Miss Margaret Walker a member of one of the oldest a member of the county died at 12:30 o'clock yesterday morning at the residence of T.S. Smith of Elyton after a long illness.
The deceased was 56 years of age and the daughter of the late William Alfred Walker and Mrs. C. M. Walker.
Her mother and brother and following sisters survive her: William A. Walker, Mrs. R. H. Haygood, Mrs. Y.S. Smith and Mrs. James C. Long of Princeton Ill.
Miss Walker was a devout Christian having been for many years a consistent member of the Methodist Church.
The funeral will take place from the Smith residence at 10:30 o'clock this morning; interment in Oak Hill Cemetery.
