HUGO KOEHLER

Hugo Koehler, 62, of 1321 South 12th street, died Friday at the home of his
brother, Benjamin, in Urbana, Illinois. He had been in failing health the past
year. He went to Urbana for a visit a week and a half ago.
Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Monday from the Pfeffer funeral home.
The body is expected to arrive late today and may be viewed from Sunday to the
time of the funeral. Interment will be in Evergreen cemetery.
Mr. Koehler was born April 2, 1881 on a farm near Tisch Mills. He remained on
the farm until his marriage when he came to Manitowoc and took employment at
the Manitowoc Seating Company. He had worked at the shipyards earlier this
year.
Survivors are the widow at Lincoln, Illinois; one son, Raymond of Menasha;
three daughters, Mrs. Mabel Gouker and Mrs. Viola Anderson of Neenah and Miss
Betty Koehler of Lincoln, Illinois; one step-son Robert Smith, city; one step-
daughter, Mrs. Mary Elizabeth DeGray, city; four brothers, Arthur of Madison,
Benjamin of Urbana, Illinois, Walter of Morgantown, West Virginia, and Dr.
Alfred Koehler of Santa Barbara, California; and five grandchildren.

REPORT OF THE COUNTY JUDGE ON TUBERCULAR PATIENTS
TO THE HONORABLE CHAIRMAN AND BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF MANITOWOC COUNTY, WISCONSIN
Gentlemen:
In accordance with the duties which are provided for in the Statutes, I beg leave
to submit my report of all proceedings and hearings relative to tubercular
patients had and determined since the filing of my last report, January 1, 1936,
up to and including the first day of January, 1937

Hugo Koehler, resident of the City of Manitowoc. Committed to Maple Crest
Sanatorium on the 21st day of February, 1936. Attending physician, Dr. R.G. Strong.
