=============================
Before meeting Joseph Settera, Celia was married to Fred Skoglund and they had children.
================================================
She was therefore Cecilia M Skoglund for a time. The M for her maiden name of Meline.
================================================
Cecilia married Joseph James Settera October 04, 1937 in Butte, Montana.
We do not know what brought the Setteras to California. Husband Joseph died in beautiful South Lake Tahoe in 1973 and Cecilia lived another 17 years and passed away in Sacramento, California, which is down the mountain and several miles inland from Lake Tahoe.
The Setteras are both laid to rest in the same cemetery: Happy Homestead Cemetery in South Lake Tahoe, California.
we believe her parents were:
Marcus Meline 1845 – 1913
And
Kristine "Christine" Andersdotter Olson 1861 – 1932
Melin is sometimes spelled Melin so we are unsure of which is correct and Christine may have lived until 1936 according to one other tree but there is no proof.
WEL
PS: There is some confusion with the spelling of the Settera name also. Joseph James is one of several who seems to have added an extra "t" to the name. His father was born Stanislaus "Stanley" John Setera BUT died as Stanley Settera in 1949.
