When I share obituaries and other published material, I am not asking you to post the whole thing and violate Find A Grave rules, I am offering it to fill in missing dates and places in an incomplete memorial, and link the person to their family members. If the material concerns a military veteran and it tells how he or she served or was killed in action, that information is in the public domain and can be added without violating the rules.
