I consider myself to be an amateur genealogist. I have been researching my family tree for two years, and I am obsessed with this new family I am finding. I have an American History degree, so research is my first love. It's been wonderful, and so fulfilling! I'm interested in the McCalls, The Powells, the Abneys, and the Rogers Families from Eastern KY, mostly the Stanton and Clay City area.
Also, I have family in Central KY, the Woodford CO area by the name of Cunningham ( my maiden name), Moore, and Minor. My paternal grandmother's family is mostly from Germany only two generations back, so that will take a little bit of extra leg work on my part! Any contributions to my research are more than welcome.
