Born September 8, 1960 to Lawrence Thomas Barnes (dob 10-22-1910 & Dorothy Barnes. Brother is Lawrence Starr Barnes and 2 deceased brothers, George Lee Barnes killed in action in Vietnam Nov. 1968 & Michael Barnes killed in car accident June 1969. My dad moved family from Oklahoma to Michigan before I was born. Looking for any info on Barnes side as been looking for half sister Nola for 10 years. Only Barnes I knew were Uncle Clarence Barnes married to Lucy Sixkiller Barnes & my dads cousin or thru adoption sister Anne & Frank Masterson all lived in Oklahoma. Very interested in geneology & learning of Barnes family never met. My dad last name was Carman before being adopted by his mothers (Martha Jane) brother, Louis. His father was George Lafeyette Carman (died before birth) Would like to hear from any relative's.....Thank-you!
