My mother was Sharon Annette Grogg Jackson and her parents were Norman Frank Grogg and Carherina Ann Giles Grogg.
My interest in genealogy began as a child and always wondering. I interviewed my Grandpa Grogg about 25 years ago for a speech class on his family. I found out on that day that his mother, Nina Mae Butters Grogg had died tragically in a car accident when he was two. I never thought about my Grandfather's mother or even knew the story till that day. Of course took two trips which is 3 hours away to find her grave and my journey began.
