Anna Freedee was the daughter of Joseph Proctor Freedee & Catherine (Gray) Freedee. She lived in Tuscola County for her whole life. On November 26, 1886, she married William W. Avery, and together they had 3 daughters - Gertrude, Linnie, and Francis. Sadly, all three of their daughters passed away very young from Tuberculosis, but left their parents with 10 grandchildren. Anna passed away on October 8, 1938, from cervical cancer.
