Bennard Knutson for many years a resident of the Gatzke community, passed away at the local hospital Thursday of last week. February 28, after an illness of many years, having been bed-ridden since September. Funeral services will be held at Middle River tomorrow afternoon at two o'clock at the Norwegian Lutheran church, interment will be made in Middle River.
Bernard Knutson was born in Crookston - February 28, 1899. He is survived by his wife and two children, Frances and Berdean: four brothers, Casper, Walter, Carl and Anton, all of Gatzke: and two sisters, Mrs. Thygeson of Gatzke and Mrs. Chester Neaseth of St Paul.
