Ossie attended school in Scipio and Fillmore and graudated from Millard High School. She worked along side of her husband for 27 years at the Nelson-Ricks Creamery in Salt Lake City. She and Lon loved to travel and spent much time together fishing and sight seeing. She was a member of the LDS Church and faithfully fulfilled many callings. She was a member of the DUP in Scipio. She loved to garden and spend time outdoors. She was a mome maker and loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great great grandmother, sister and friend.
