He was the son of Richard and Hannah Withey and came over here with them in 1882. Edwin was a twin and died at 20 years of age. Edwin was living with his widowed mother in Marcellus at the time of his death. His twin brother, Henry, however,lived on until old age and died in Rye, New York.
