His residence was given as Somerset, Pennsylvania. His wife was listed as Annabelle Anderson, but her address location was given as Mountain View, Howell county, Missouri.
He was buried in Park Cemetery in Carthage under the direction of Frank W. Knell at Knell Mortuary.
