Jennie had no known children and for the bulk of her life appeared to go by Lettie. It was only with her second husband where she became Jennie. Their families traveled a lot of the same paths, so my guess is they had known each other since back in their Kansas days.
I did not find a Texas Death Certificate for her, although I did for her husbands in 1936 and 1940.
