Edwin Borsvold, 83, Strandquist, died Wednesday, Dec. 21, 1988, in McManor, McIntosh, Minn.
Services will be at 8 p.m. today in Green Funeral Home, Thief River Falls. Visitation will be there after 3 p.m. today.
Edwin H. Borsvold was born May 1, 1905, near Climax, Minn., the son of Hans J. and Augusta Borsvold. He grew up in New Maine Township of Marshall County, Minn., where he later farmed with his brothers. He also worked in road maintenance in Marshall County. He moved to Oakland Park Nursing Home, Thief River Falls, in May and had lived in McIntosh the past few weeks.
Survivors are his sister, Hattie Wikstrom, Holt, Minn., brothers, Clarence, Theodore and Leonard, all of Strandquist and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by brothers, Carl Ernest and Henry.
