Kathryn was born June 23, 1927 and was the daughter of Elmer and Orpha Gerber. She married Elmo Kauffman on June 5, 1948 and he survives. Kathryn was a homemaker and she enjoyed spending time with her family especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She liked to quilt and sew.
Surviving in addition to her husband are 5 children, Arden (Sue) Kauffman of Millersburg, Ohio, Steve (Lillian) Kauffman of Millersburg, Ohio, Cynthia (Clarence) Delinger of Millersburg, Ohio, Christine (Bruce) Hess of Ronks, Pennsylvania, Anita (Mark) Viers of Danville, Ohio; 11 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; and a sister Dorothy (Ted) Taylor of Wooster, Ohio.
She was preceded in death by a brother and sister-in-law Myron and Nina Gerber of Sugarcreek, Ohio.
