GAMBILL, Mary (1957 - 2015) Mrs. Mary Gwen Gambill, 57, of Lily, passed away Sunday, July 5, 2015 at Baptist Health Corbin. She was a daughter of the late Charles and Ollie Jean Mills Gray born on October 28, 1957 in Bell County.

Mrs. Gambill was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith. She enjoyed horseback riding, camping and spending time with her grandchildren.

On January 11, 1980, she united in marriage with Fred J. Gambill.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, John Jason Woolum and a granddaughter, Brittany Nicole Woolum.

Survivors include her husband, Fred Gambill of Lily; two children, Jamie Gambill and wife, Brandy, of Lily and Amy Gambill of Berkley; two sisters, Jackie Church of Barbourville and Paula Gray of Picqua, OH; a brother, Samuel Gray of Barbourville; nine grandchildren, Derrick, Dustin, Destiny and Tiffany Woolum, Morgan, Megan and Makayla Gambill and Lakota and Shiloh Gambill; among other loved ones and dear friends.

Her funeral service will be conducted in the chapel of the Knox Funeral Home Friday, July 10 at 2 P.M. with Rev. Rick Thomas officiating. She will be laid to rest in the Barbourville Cemetery.

Casket bearers will be Brian Smith, Carson Mills, Jamie Gambill, Jamie Holland, Larry Humphrey and Ricky Holland.

Friends may call at the funeral home Friday after 12 noon until the funeral hour.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Knox Funeral Home.
